This position is assigned to the Non‑Appropriated Fund (NAF) Pacific Beach Recreation Lodging Property, Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR), Commander, Navy Region Northwest. Pacific Beach is a mid‑size lodging facility that includes a restaurant, bar, gift shop, RV and camp sites, and cottages. The purpose of the position is to manage daily guest services operations to include group and individual reservations, front desk operations, and the gift shop.
DutiesGuest Relations and Front Desk Operations Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license for travel to other facilities within the region (10%)
- Incumbent must pass all applicable records and background checks.
- Must be able to work varied work schedules to include holidays, weekends, and evenings. The staff member may be recalled to duty and/or required to work overtime to handle emergency situations and/or ensure work coverage.
