Our
** State-approved Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program
** offers a meaningful pathway into healthcare for individuals who are passionate about serving others and building a long-term career in community health.

This 12-month program combines
** 2,000 hours of paid clinical training
** with structured coursework to prepare apprentices to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. Apprentices work alongside experienced care teams in a patient-centered medical home model, helping ensure every patient receives respectful, high-quality care.## Your Role in the Mission
· Support providers in delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care
· Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures
· Track clinical quality measures and support care coordination
· Administer immunizations within scope
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes## What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 18 years or older
· CPR certification
· Commitment to completing required coursework
· Dedication to serving diverse and underserved communities
