One Community Health is hiring an entry-level medical assistant to join our team. No previous experience needed, just a passion for helping others and a desire for career growth. We will provide onsite training of vitals, injections, procedures, stocking, and other skills needed for excellent patient care. This position will be full‑time splitting time at our clinics in White Salmon and Stevenson, WA.
We are also proud to offer a Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program for those looking to take their career to the next level. After 6 months of employment, you become eligible to apply for our apprenticeship, which combines 2,000 hours of hands‑on, on‑the‑job training with virtual online schooling, averaging just 10–12 hours per week. The one‑year program also includes 3 off‑site clinical days to broaden your experience.
Upon completion and passing the national certification exam, you will earn your credentials as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant

- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
