Radiology Manager in Washington State

I'm hiring for an Radiology Manager in Washington! There is a 15k sign-on bonus.

The Radiology Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Imaging Services Department; ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from newborn to elderly; maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in QI activities; assures competency of all staff; assists in formulating the budget;

and maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all accrediting organization, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.

Requirements:
College degree; ARRT cert; prior experience, including leadership
Pay: 89k-128k/yr
