Shift8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 10 months of Outpatient Clinic experience.
- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple locations.
- Local & travel allowed.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- No current placement allowed at Program: WHSN Program - Columbia County Health System.

Additional Details Outpatient Clinical Nurse Lead Preferred skills and experiencePrefer to have an RN with outpatient clinical experience.
Required credentialsIf you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Unit and facility detailsColumbia Family Clinic. Housing options available; please request list from Jorie Aukerman.
Shift & schedule requirementsMonday - Friday.
Floating requirementsColumbia Family Clinic & Waitsburg Clinic.
7 days maximum time off.
3 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission.
Proof of identification required.
