RN Resource Nurse Wound Center

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, varies as scheduled.

Provides clinical leadership and support to nursing and other clinical staff within the center. The Resource Nurse assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and adherence to established policies and procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required:

WA State RN licensure. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in wound care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement principles.

• WA State RN licensure.
• BLS required upon date of hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS within six (6) months from date of hire.
• HBO Competencies completed within three (3) months from date of hire.
• Wound Care Certification within one (1) year from date of hire.
