Occupational Therapist position at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital, Colville, WA.

Schedule:

Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift, 0.01 FTE. Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager and upon physician referral, the therapist assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional occupational therapy procedures. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Standards of Conduct.

• Assess patient needs under the direction of the Rehab Services Manager or Assistant Manager and upon physician referral
• Develop patient treatment goals
• Plan and implement appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs using professional procedures
• Demonstrate behavior practices reflecting the organization s philosophy and mission

• Sufficient for license/registration
• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

The posted wage range is $39.75 - $61.71 with base pay, and additional compensation may be available (e.g., shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses).
