Position Summary

The Lead Chiropractor is responsible for exceptional patient care, smooth day‑to‑day operations, and the performance of the entire care team. As the Lead DC/Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our company, with the potential to earn ownership equity as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care using Health Source’s proven model.
• Emphasize root‑cause treatment and long‑term wellness over symptom management.
• Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.
• Train and motivate the team, foster a collaborative and results‑oriented environment.
• Lead the clinic like it’s your own business—drive growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 2 years of experience, prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Highly coachable and adaptable to proven Health Source systems.
• Team‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Thrives in a high‑accountability, fast‑growth environment.
