Overview
The Mental Health Case Manager provides direct support and case management services to adults experiencing behavioral health conditions. In this role, you will help clients improve stability and functioning by assessing needs, coordinating resources, teaching daily living skills, and supporting individuals through crises. This includes connecting clients to housing, income, benefits, medical and behavioral healthcare, and other essential services. The Case Manager works as part of an interdisciplinary team under the direction of a Mental Health Professional, providing mobile crisis response, follow-up and stabilization services, and assisting clients in developing and achieving individualized service plans.
The position requires strong collaboration with community partners—including crisis responders, hospitals, law enforcement, social service agencies, and housing providers—to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. This role also involves maintaining timely and accurate documentation, supporting caregivers, participating in staff meetings, attending trainings, and contributing to program decision-making. The position is full-time, non-exempt, based primarily at the Colville NEWABH office during standard business hours.

- Note:
Position is full-time, non-exempt, based primarily at the Colville NEWABH office during standard business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human services field required.
- Able to register as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through Washington Department of Health upon hire.
- Understanding of harm reduction strategies and a demonstrated passion for serving individuals experiencing behavioral health disorders.
Wage Range: $29.70 - $39.87/hour
