** - Are you ready to make a real impact in patients' lives? - We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to help individuals regain their mobility and enhance their quality of life! - Embrace the opportunity to work in a blend of outpatient (90%) and inpatient (10%) settings.

* Key Responsibilities:

** - Consult with patients to understand their physical conditions, symptoms, and medical histories.

- Diagnose movement dysfunction through patient observation and interaction.

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

- Coach patients on therapeutic exercises and stretches to promote recovery.

- Utilize hands-on therapies, including massage, to alleviate pain and stimulate healing.

- Maintain meticulous records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

- Communicate patient progress to families, providers, and care committees.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
** Professional Communication:** - Uphold confidentiality regarding all patient, family, and staff matters.

- Engage with a diverse range of patients and families with sensitivity and respect.

- Offer valuable information to help reduce patient anxiety and foster a caring environment.

- Build professional relationships with fellow healthcare team members and referral agencies.

- Ensure timely communication of essential information across all channels.
