• Be 18 years or older.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Be willing to obtain home‑care worker certification within a set timeframe.
• Pass a criminal history and reference check.

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
