Per diem Physical Therapist to join our Pacific County team to provide the excellent patient care that Harbors Home Health & Hospice is known for. Looking for a team member that is confident in their abilities and passionate in supporting our community. Providing patient care in home health gives you the autonomy to exercise your skills and develop the best care plan for the patient.

- WA State Physical Therapy License
- Driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract
- Vehicle insurance with a dependable vehicle (possible fleet care availability)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
