One Community Health is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our Washington clinic team to work in both Stevenson and White Salmon. We welcome both certified and non-certified candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, ranging from 36 to 40 hours per week, with potential weekend opportunities after a 90‑day training period.

General duties include patient intake and processing, assisting with treatments and procedures, patient
instruction and patient education. Facilitate patient triage as a communication liaison between patient, medical provider and licensed nurse. Additional duties include quality control checks, performance improvement, supply stocking, equipment sterilization, patient records management, and patient scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

• Hourly/Non-Exempt: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience
• Bilingual Differential:
  Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Weekend Differential:
  This position receives base hourly pay along with an extra $10.00 for each hour worked on weekends.
• Milage Reimbursement:
  In accordance with OCH policy.
