Clinic Director​/Lead Chiropractor

We are looking for a chiropractor to lead our new Bothell clinic, located close to Seattle and its many amenities! As a founding member, you will be responsible for leading this clinic like it’s your own business—driving growth, developing your team, and delivering world-class patient care!

Position Summary

The Lead Chiropractor is responsible for exceptional patient care, smooth day-to-day operations, and the performance of the entire care team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, inspires excellence, and upholds the Health Source standards for care, service, and results. As the Lead DC/Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our company, with the potential to earn ownership equity as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care using Health Source’s proven model.
• Emphasize root-cause treatment and long‑term wellness over symptom management.
• Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.
• Train and motivate the team, foster a collaborative and results‑oriented environment.
• Lead the clinic like it’s your own business—drive growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue goals.
