** You Have:
*** 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
* 5+ years of experience with planning at an Operational or higher level HQ staff such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM
* Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)
* Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment
* Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation briefs
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Secret clearance
* Bachelor’s degree
* Graduate of Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Component equivalent
** Nice If You Have:
*** 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above
* Experience managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streams
* Experience utilizing the Joint Training Tool and ARTIMS
* Knowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain Operations
* TS/SCI clearance
* Master’s degree
** Clearance:

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
