Overview
The role of the Property Manager is to professionally interact with owners on various levels assuring them of the care of their homes, resolving issues, and coordinating their personal use time. This position will provide leadership and management for the Suncadia properties, incorporating the best interests of the guest, owner, developer, and the management company. Facilitate day-to-day operations within Property Management by: facilitating owner reservations, communicate effectively with all departments (including, but not limited to Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Maintenance, Golf, Spa, Swim & Fitness Center), Real Estate, and Community Associations to provide, maintain and create new reports that aid in the oversight of the rental management program.
Act as administrative liaison to ensure a complete and smooth flow of information with owners, guests and employees. This position is responsible for maintaining effective communications and building long-term positive relationships between the owners and Suncadia Vacation Property Management (SVPM).
Salary: $25.51/hour. This position is considered an overtime eligible manager. Based on a 45-hour work week, the targeted annual salary is $63,000.00 + incentives

Responsibilities Owner Relations- Maintain accurate and updated information of owners, properties, and profiles.
- Act as liaison with Real Estate Sales, facilitating the showing of units, conversations with potential purchasers, and change of ownership regarding rentals.
- Distribution and delivery of any Welcome Packages, Rental Program Documents, Owner Gift distribution, and other owner correspondence.
- Maintain rental listings through the online booking engine and external sites where our listings are promoted, following company guidelines and ensuring that listings are optimized.
- Assist Owners with any issues or needs they may have. Communicate directly with private owners regarding condominium/ homeowner issues such as maintenance, quality and refurbishment, monthly accounting and reservations needs.
- Respond in a timely fashion. Communicate with owners through telephone calls, emails, website postings, letters, and/or meetings.
