Marketing Database Coordinator
The Point Casino & Hotel | Kingston, Washington
Full-Time | Day Shift | $32.00–$36.50 per hour
The Point Casino & Hotel, proudly owned and operated by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking a Marketing Database Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and guest experience. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands how powerful personalization, automation, and analytics can elevate player loyalty and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Execute email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty campaigns
- Maintain accurate guest databases, segmentation, and compliance
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and player behavior
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Finance, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and privacy standards
- 3+ years of experience in database marketing or CRM management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with campaign optimization and segmentation
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Casino, gaming, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must qualify for a Class III Gaming License
