** position summary:
** this role will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of promotions, off-site activations, festivals, and special events. Promotions representatives are required to possess extensive knowledge of the marketing programs and promotions to effectively educate guests, expand ilani’s brand awareness, and attract new forever rewards members.
** primary duties and responsibilities:
*** promotes superior guest service
* maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the spirit of tâlícn and the core values of ilani.
* provides operational support and representation during marketing, promotion, and off-site activations, festivals, and special events
* educates guests on our marketing programs and promotions.
* engages in troubleshooting issues with the promotions team to ensure complete guest satisfaction in every interaction
* performs other related duties as assigned
** minimum qualifications:
*** high school diploma / ged; recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (red) or foreign high school diploma (fhd)
* must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
* ability to interact with the public in a highly professional manner with a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
* must be willing to learn and maintain extensive knowledge of marketing programs and promotions, and software
* must have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
* must be able to stand for extended periods of time
* must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
* must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
* must be able to work in a smoking environment
* must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
** preferred qualifications:
