Job Details

Process Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturing

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and sustaining production processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions

Support production with process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Drive efficiency, yield, and cost-reduction projects

Ensure processes comply with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, customer specs)

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Engineering teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments

Strong understanding of process control, lean manufacturing, and root-cause analysis
