Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and drive excellence in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities! We are seeking a Methods Engineering Tech to lead critical production processes and enhance our operational technology security landscape.
What will you do:Maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled in floor shop.
- Support adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.
- Involved in the specifications and validation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
- Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.
- Contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible).
- Qualifies means and processes in plant.
- Pilots new productions ramp-up.
- Troubleshoots program/settings with critical process equipment (ie vision systems, printers, scanners, torque drivers, HMIs).
- Associates of Science Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing production processes and operations.
- Track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive results in cross-functional teams.
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication skills.
