Position: PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PIPEFITTER) with Security Clearance
Location: Bangor

Duties Help
* You will develop Controlled Work Packages (CWP) and Formal Work Packages (FWP) from Planned Maintenance Requirement (PMR) requests, Corrective Maintenance work requests, and TRIPER component overhaul requests.
* You will use Labor Standards and Uniform Method and Standard (UMS) tools to accurately and consistently determine man-hour estimates for the most efficient production effort.
* You will research on technical information prior to preparation of work packages. Use available resources to develop accurate Job Material Lists (JML) to provide accurate material cost estimates and to aid in procurement of required in-use materials.
* You will determine the proper procedures, applicable test requirements, and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) required to certify that work is performed correctly and that repaired systems or components will function as designed. Requirements Help Conditions of employment
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
* Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

* This is a bargaining unit position.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* You may be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* The work requires moderate physical exertion such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting in industrial areas and in confined or compartments and tanks aboard ships and submarines. Qualifications GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing controlled and formal work packages related to submarine/ship piping systems preventative and corrective maintenance work for the successful execution and completion of planned work projects.

GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: a ssisting in the development of work packages by researching technical information and determining the manhour estimates, material cost, work boundaries or quality assurance requirements related to submarine/ship piping systems preventative and corrective maintenance work.
