Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time or part-time School Psychologist position is available in Montesano, WA, supporting students across elementary to junior high levels. This role involves providing psychological services for approximately 26 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The psychologist will conduct initial evaluations and offer ongoing support as needs arise throughout the school year. This position is onsite within one school setting, allowing for direct interaction with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Offering guidance and counseling to support student academic, social, and emotional development
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State School Psychologist License
  • ESA Certification for Washington State
  • Experience working with students from elementary through junior high levels
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
