K - 12 Principal

The Crescent School District seeks a collaborative, student-centered leader to serve as K–12 Principal. The Principal provides instructional and operational leadership and plays a vital role in maintaining a positive school culture and supporting student success. The Principal is highly visible and supports student activities and athletics, including evenings and weekends. Apply at this link:

• Hold or be eligible for a Washington State Principal or Administrator Certificate.
• Hold a post-baccalaureate degree.
• Have successful classroom teaching experience prior to administrative service; administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrate instructional leadership and supervision skills.

• Provide instructional leadership through supervision, mentoring, and evaluation of staff, including implementation of the Washington State TPEP framework.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and student-centered school culture.
• Work collaboratively with staff to improve teaching and learning through data-driven practices.
• Serve as an accessible and visible leader.
• Support student activities and athletics, including evenings and weekends.
• Oversee student discipline, building operations, and school programs.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and leadership team.
• Manage school programs, staff supervision, and ASB-related budgets.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Other duties as assigned.
