Position Description
High School Credit Recovery Summer School Coordinators
TWO Positions starting May 4, 2026, and ending August 28, 2026. Days and hours vary. Work over the summer is located ended day contract up to 115 hours total paid by submission of a timesheet.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will oversee the High School Credit Recovery Summer School Program. The coordinator hours include program set-up, registration, student tutoring, software login support, and final program reporting.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Admin credential preferred
Highly qualified teacher position
Must have prior knowledge of Apex and Edgenuity curriculum and software.
Need to possess strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
Experience as a high school credit recovery teacher preferred.
SCHEDULE:
Virtual teacher support is July 6-August 2 via email
Proctored finals testing is Aug. 3-7 and 10-14, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
In-person proctored exams will be held in the Battle Ground High School Media Center

Benefits
Newly hired employees who are anticipated to work at least 630 hours in a school year (Sept 1 - Aug 31) will be eligible for SEBB benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and long term disability.
Retirement Benefit - Teachers Retirement System options Plan 2 or 3
Every employee under contract for a full year (180 days) will receive twelve (12) days annual sick leave. Sick leave shall be prorated based on the number of paid work days out of the 180 day school year.
Every employee under contract shall receive two (2) days of personal leave.
Parental and Bereavement Leave are also a benefit.
