St. Michael Catholic School in Snohomish, WA is seeking qualified applicants for part-time Preschool positions for the 2026–2027 school year
, including a Preschool Teacher Aide
. We are looking for caring, energetic educators who love working with young children and desire to support their academic, social-emotional, and spiritual growth in a faith-filled environment. Ideal candidates are warm, dependable, and collaborative, with a heart for early childhood education and strong partnerships with families.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the lead teacher with classroom routines, transitions, and supervision

Assisting with learning centers, small-group activities, and hands-on lessons

Supporting students’ social-emotional development and positive behavior

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment

Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure consistency and care

Supporting the Catholic identity and mission of St. Michael Catholic School

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting (preferred)

Patient, attentive, and nurturing approach to working with children

Ability to follow direction while taking initiative when needed

Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

Hourly Rate: $17.50 – $19.00
, based on experience, internal equity, and role responsibilities
