High School Math & Science Teacher - Part Time

The Math & Science Teacher will work in a collaborative team setting and be given opportunities to utilize contemporary and Montessori methods to engage, support and continue the growth of students’ critical thinking, problem‑solving, logical reasoning, data analysis, systematic/send investigation, and core subject knowledge. The Bothell campus is conveniently located off I‑405 just north of State Route 522.

This part‑time (0.4 FTE), academic year position with the hours of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

• Be passionate about Physics, Chemistry, and Algebra II/Trig.
• Enjoy working with high school age students.
• Be committed to excellent communication with students, families, staff, and.panel al leadership team.
• Exhibit a high degree of organization and attention to details.

• Undergraduate degree in math and/or graduate degree in education‑related field.
• Possess experience in a Montessori school or interest in learning about Montessori pedagogy.
• Four or more years of classroom experience.
• Commitment to professional development and best practices in education.
• Commitment to meeting the needs of each student.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background checks and TB test.
