Warden Community Church () is searching for a full‑time Pastor.

• Lead Sunday worship services.
• Administer sacraments.
• Conduct special services as needed.
• Provide counseling or referral in crisis situations.
• Serve as lead teacher and resource for the Confirmation program.
• Make visits to hospitalized and shut‑in members, and respond to pastoral calls.
• Provide pastoral services for weddings and funerals.
• Attend and facilitate meetings of the Church Cabinet and other groups.
• Lead adult education and Bible study groups.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with local and regional fellowships and the denomination.

• Prefer a pastor with formal education, seminary training, and ordination.
• Open to candidates who have followed alternative pathways to ministry.

We are a small rural community in a primarily agricultural setting. The community is very supportive of the church and school. Our PK‑12 school has about 950 students and is located in the desert area of Washington. The climate has all four seasons, and we offer many recreational activities such as fishing, hunting, camping, skiing, ORV park, and hiking. We are located about 20 miles south of Moses Lake, which has modern medical facilities, and about 60 miles north of the Tri‑Cities with a large shopping mall, Costco, and other amenities.
