• Compensation structure includes Fee-for-Service (FFS) with a Medical Director stipend
• Flexible scheduling, empowering you to set your rounding schedule
• Opportunity to combine this position with two locations in the Tacoma area for a Full-Time role (Req - also submitted to third-party agencies)
• Call requirements:
  Night escalation and weekend day-telephone call only
• Not benefits eligible, ensuring a tailored compensation approach
• Malpractice and Tail coverage included for peace of mind
