This outpatient role in a community health center offers a fulfilling environment where you will work with diverse patient populations, including vulnerable groups such as migrants and refugees.

Position Details:

• Start Date: March 3, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed).
• Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). No call requirements.
• Patient Volume: Up to 21 patients per day.
• Patient Age Range: Newborns to geriatrics.
• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and access to pediatricians and administrators.
• Charting System: Epic EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient ambulatory care, including chronic disease management and walk-in/acute care services.
• Perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
• Provide compassionate care to diverse populations, supported by onsite interpretive services.
• Hit the ground running with a one-week orientation period, transitioning into full patient care by day three.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Family Practice (BC required).
• Licenses & Certifications: Active Washington state license, DEA, BLS, ACLS.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Family Practice Physician with recent face-to-face patient care experience.
• Vaccinations: COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory.
• Languages: Spanish or Russian proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Background Check: Must have a clean record with no malpractice issues.

Compensation:
