Position Overview

• Work Schedule: Embrace a standard four-day work week for improved work-life balance.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient-only role with minimal, nurse-triaged call duties (1:5 ratio).
• Onsite Facilities: Benefit from convenient access to lab draw, X-ray, anti-coagulation, dietary, and behavioral health services.
• Collaborative Environment: Work within a multi-specialty clinic where specialist support is readily available.
• Patient Load: Manage a moderate caseload of 20-25 patients per day.
• Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.
• Clinic Hours: Maintain a regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidate Qualifications

• Medical Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician.
• Licensing: Obtain an active license in Washington State.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and their families.
• Documentation: Exhibit the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• COVID-19 Requirement: Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a mandatory prerequisite for employment. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
