The need is for clinical support as well as administrative responsibilities such as attending leadership huddle meetings (at least a few times weekly), facilitating a quarterly MEC, and providing oversight of the provider team (weekly supervision or support/guidance for questions as needed, seeing NP patients on their 3rd day of treatment).
