Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) in Prosser, Washington seeks a full-time Urology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Urology Center. Join our supportive and collaborative team led by Dr. Terry Milam, Urologist. The Prosser Urology Center has excellent support staff with a low turnover rate. We are a CMS 5-Star rated, critical access nonprofit hospital, dedicated to providing excellent healthcare and support services to improve the health of our community.

• Urology Advanced Practice Clinician shall diagnose and manage urological conditions, perform procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive urology patient care.
• Practice model:
  One Urologist, an Advanced Practice Clinician, a Clinic Registered Nurse, and Certified Medical Assistants.
• 4-day work week.
• No call.
• Excellent office and support staff.
• Ample patient volumes for practice growth.
• Local Administration and Board of Commissioners.

• Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity.
• Compensation based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience. Annual base compensation range of $151k - $236k.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for provider.
• 403(b) match and qualified 457 retirement plans.
• Annual CME allowance plus 40 hours CME paid time off per year.
• Generous PTO allowance.

Prosser Memorial Health is an independent full-service nonprofit 25-bed critical access hospital located in Prosser, Washington. PMH has three primary care clinics, Therapy & Rehab Center, Dermatology Center, Digestive Health Center, Women's Health Center, General Surgery Center, Urology Center, Orthopedic Center, ENT Center, Heart Center, and Endocrinology Center. Our new state-of-the-art hospital opened in 2025.
