• Join our rural health team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, whole-person care to patients of all ages, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and collaborate with a dedicated team to improve health outcomes in our community.
• 100% outpatient
• No call
• Flexible scheduling Ex: (4-10's) can be flexible, Monday - Friday.
• Providers see an average of 15 patients per day
• Provide comprehensive care in a rural health system
• Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes
• Behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so patients receive comprehensive care
• EHR system is Meditech Expanse
• Work amongst both physicians and advanced practitioners
