Adventist Health Care White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Per Diem General Surgeon for our Surgical Practice who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a General Surgeon you will be:
- Skilled in compiling clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Experienced working with an electronic medical record preferred
- Have strong clinical background and business acumen
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be mentally adaptable
- Have successful record of leading quality initiatives in a group
- Have working knowledge and experience in practice leadership in a
Qualifications include:
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine
- American Board of certification in General Surgery
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
On call and moonlighting as coordinated with CMO
Pay Range:
$ - $1,
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.

Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
