As a Bike Delivery Driver at our Navy Yard store located at 1201 Half St. SE Suit 130 Washington, DC 20003, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

• Compensation:
  Guaranteed $17.00/hr minimum – up to $22.00/hr in earnings
• Schedule:
  
  Potential to work up to 30+ hours per week

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fans in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Own a non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
