Overview

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are actively interviewing Bike Delivery Courier for our Georgetown store located at 3204 O St NW, Washington DC 20007
. As a Bike Courier, you are our hands-on, on-the-ground team member and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You help deliver the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

• Compensation:
  Guaranteed $17.00/hr minimum – up to $22.00/hr in earnings
• Pay-on-Demand (get paid daily for your total shift earnings from the day before)

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
