Roles and Responsibilities- Business leader of the Personal Training department: set targets, review performance, and coach trainers to exceed departmental objectives.
- Lead program promotion, sales of fitness products and services, and develop personal trainers.
- Conduct business management meetings, coaching, and scheduling to support trainer development and client needs.
- Collaborate with district, general, and assistant general managers for sales, clinics, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Generate and manage PT sales leads, host monthly PT department meetings, and implement SOPs.
- Achieve monthly and annual financial goals:
Net Gain, Cancellation Targets, Client Penetration, New Sales, and appointment booking. - Audit revenue, expenses, payroll metrics, and modify plans for profitability.
- Manage trainer performance, client attrition trends, and training frequency.
- Communicate with leads and clients, schedule and execute new member assessments, and host demo clinics.
- Maintain client pipelines, collaborate with GM/AGM, and schedule assessment visits.
- 1–2 years sales experience; fitness sales preferred.
- 1–3 years supervisory experience; 3+ preferred.
- 2–3 years personal training experience; corporate gym setting preferred.
- Demonstrate financial performance leadership and sales skills.
- Strong business acumen, team culture building, collaborative social skills, and communication skills.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and child & adult AED/CPR certified.
- Work the last day of each month; vacation time not authorized in January.
- Follow standard scheduling guidelines for opening, closing, weekday, and weekend shifts.
- Service a maximum of five personal training sessions per week outside the prescribed management schedule.
