Gridiron IT is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Consultant to support a government program on a remote basis.
Experience in software engineering, quality engineering, usability, or business analysis
Highly proficient in JavaScript and Java
Good grasp of relational databases and SQL
Grasp of Object-Oriented Programming

Experience with developer tools like Git, Maven, and Eclipse IDE

Experience with design and development automation frameworks (UI, API, and Backend) in a microservices environment using Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure
Good Knowledge of K8s, AWS, Microservices, Mule Soft Cloud Hub, Service Mesh, and Runtime Fabric.
Familiar with industry quality & usability practices
Proficient in writing functional automation (UI/API)
Self-motivator, who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills
Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and ability to coordinate cross-team efforts

Experience with agile development methodology
Responsibilities:
Participate in efforts to analyze, specify, and design testing for components in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Assist in developing the Test Scripts.
Conducts manual and automated testing to make sure all the major functionalities are functioning as per requirement
Create both positive and negative test scenarios.
Perform compatibility test in case Salesforce integrated with third-party applications, and internal and external integrated systems.
Familiar with load testing tools like JMeter to validate the complex flows which can offer inconsistent results in Salesforce.
Utilizes Automated testing tools like ACCELQ, HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Cucumber,  IDE (Eclipse-based),
Change Sets (Cloud Deploy), Ant/ migration tool, Workday, etc.
Execute Functional/Performance Tests using industry standard tools such as QTP, Load runner or similar tools Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Establish and maintain an easy communication channel with the technical team.
Knowledge of Apex. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation and Benefits
Rate: 50-55r (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.) Benefits:
