Angular Developer

Overview

Soft Tech Consulting is looking for an experienced Angular Developer who will be responsible for maintaining a top-level coding-base using Angular best practices. The chosen individual will become a part of a technically strong and collaborative team environment, and will be instrumental to the successful completion of the project, as well as key to facilitating client satisfaction.

REMOTE WORK POSSIBLE

• Responsible for maintaining a top-level coding-base using Angular best practices. This role requires working with an exciting user experience web portal.
• Designing and developing user interfaces using angular best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest technologies.
• Writing Type Script, CSS, and HTML.
• Working with Oracle and Postgres databases.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular, Rest Web Services, and API Libraries.
• Conducting performance tests.
• Consulting with multiple application teams.
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.
• Working and reporting within a SCRUM team following Agile methodologies
• Troubleshoot problems with application development and use
• Provides knowledge in design, architecture, development and administration
• Monitor existing systems for structural integrity.
• Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Install and configure operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issues.
• Provide technical direction to IT support staff
• Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety
• Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention, Create scaleable, automated solutions for our customer base
• Establish multi-platform versions of the software package
• Write tests for existing and created code to ensure compatibility and stability
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
• Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
• Evaluate hardware and software and resolve LAN/MAN/WAN network related problems

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar field.
• Previous work experience as an angular developer.
• Experience working with object-oriented development.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Proficient with precompilers like Sass and LESS.
• Experience using building tools like Gulp or Grunt.
• Knowledge of MV-VM/MVC frameworks including Angluar
  
  JS.
• Understanding of jQuery/Bootstrap libraries; AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML); HTML 5, CSS Modules, Web pack, Babel, npm;
  Git/Git Hub, Continuous integration using Maven & Jenkins.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end applications.
• Clear written and verbal communications skills (English), including presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of software lifecycle, front-end and back-end development experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
