We are seeking a Senior / Engineer IV GoLang Developer who will lead technical initiatives, design and deliver scalable solutions, and drive high-quality engineering outcomes for the team. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Go, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure technologies.

The ideal candidate is self‑driven, comfortable owning complex systems end to end, and experienced in mentoring and influencing technical direction.

• Lead design and development initiatives using Go (Golang)
• Design, build, and maintain distributed, cloud‑native systems
• Develop new functional features and enhance existing services
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Refactor existing codebases to optimize performance and scalability
• Participate in solution design sessions and technical decision‑making
• Decompose business requirements into detailed technical requirements
• Accurately estimate development effort and timelines
• Produce and maintain solution and technical documentation
• Perform reverse engineering to understand and improve legacy code
• Work extensively in Linux environments, managing system‑level integrations

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture
• Hands‑on experience with messaging systems:
  • NATS
  • Kafka
  • Kinesis
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Strong Linux background, including:
  • PKI certificate management
  • SSH key management
  • System‑level troubleshooting
• Experience with authentication and access mechanisms:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Working knowledge of:
  • Active Directory / LDAP
  • LDAP querying, filters, and schemas
  • Linux PAM authentication modules
• Experience with SQL and No

• Proficiency with Git Hub or similar version control systems
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

• Experience working with AI or Video‑related systems
• Experience building MCP servers
• Prior frontend development experience using React
• 2+ years of Python programming experience
• Prior experience with private cloud environments
• C programming experience (2+ years preferred)
• 6+ years of programming experience on Linux OS
• Experience with Java Script
• Industry certifications in:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
