About The Position

Sentrycs is seeking a Sales Manager, Law Enforcement to support its continued growth within state, local, and municipal public‑safety agencies. This role is focused on expanding Sentrycs’ footprint within law enforcement, emergency management and corrections agencies. Leveraging various new federal funding mechanisms and rapidly evolving legislation, including FEMA grants to support the FIFA 2026 World Cup. Today, emergency services agencies face a rapidly growing threat from unauthorized drones used in a wide range of nefarious and disruptive activities.

As drone technology becomes more capable and increasingly affordable, both criminal misuse and negligent operation pose serious risks to critical infrastructure, public safety operations, and large public events. Counter‑UAS capabilities are now essential, enabling agencies to lawfully detect, identify, and mitigate drone threats in a simple, effective and proven way thanks to Sentrycs and its technology.

What will you do?
  • Own and execute the sales strategy for your defined region with a set of defined state and local law‑enforcement, public safety agencies and correctional facilities
  • Engage senior law‑enforcement leadership (Chiefs, Sheriffs, Deputy Chiefs, Commanders) and technical teams to educate and develop requirements for Counter UAS needs in their area of operation
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across police departments, sheriff’s offices, state police, public‑safety agencies and correctional facilities
  • Develop a pipeline and align to Sentrycs sales process for accurate forecasts that will allow you to meet or exceed your revenue targets
  • Act as the primary customer advocate throughout the entire customer lifecycle from sales campaign to production deployment and future expansion
  • Navigate state and local procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and cooperative purchasing vehicles
  • Work closely with regional partners such as resellers, distributors and technical alliances
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Business to Government (B2G) sales experience, with a strong focus on state and local law enforcement preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling technical or security solutions (public safety, surveillance, sensors, communications, or defense‑adjacent technologies)
  • Proven understanding of how law‑enforcement operate particularly in how they identify and ultimately buy technology solutions
  • Experience working with grant‑funded programs and public‑sector procurement
  • Ability to travel within your multi‑state region (approximately 40–50%)
  • Prior experience as a law enforcement or public safety officer would be advantageous
