• Designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging complex new software products, and making significant enhancements to existing software.
• Integrating design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
• Resolving complex hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations.
• Researching emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution.
• Providing input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.

• Troubleshooting complex problems and providing customer support for process specific hardware and application issues.
• Preparing reports on analyses, findings, and project progress.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

• Required Experience: 3 years’ experience with at least 2 years’ experience in software development including the design, coding, testing, and documentation of software products or applications. Also requires knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures used in software development.
