Location: On-Site with potential for remote from Wash DC Metro Area

Anakim Consulting Inc. has an opening for a Full Stack Developer with Java and React experience to support full lifecycle development in a mission critical environment. Qualified candidates must have current IRS MBI security access credentials to be considered for this position.

• Contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup
• Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code in line with programming standards and interface specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to define and ideate software solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and ensure designs comply with requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software, as well as support the installation of application releases into production.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, to identify and address roadblocks and issues.

• U.S. citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Current IRS MBI Access
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• 2+ years of related software development experience including:
  • Java Back-End:
    Strong proficiency in Java, including a solid understanding of Java design patterns.
  • Spring Framework:
    Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
  • React Front-End:
    Strong programming knowledge of JavaScript, Type Script, and React
    
    JS.
  • Web Fundamentals:
    Experience translating graphic designs into responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
  • API development:
    Experience building APIs that enable communication between the front and back ends (knowledge in documentation with Swagger is a plus).
  • Server-Side and Cloud:
    Experience server-side technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, etc.) and cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Open Shift)
  • Dev Ops:
    Well-versed in managing application development with Dev Ops tools like Jenkins, Sonar Qube, App Scan, Nexus IQ, Git Hub, and Git Hub Actions.
  • Agile:
    Experience working on an Agile team and a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact at all levels
• Excellent time management

• ICCE and eServices preferred
