• Develop and Innovate: build backend features in Java or frontend components in React
  
  JS for Airwallex’s embedded finance products.
• Collaborate and Create: work with product managers, designers and engineers to launch new services from concept to production.
• Understand and Empathize: dive deep into customer needs and use product sense to design solutions that resonate with users.
• Measure and Optimize: leverage data to drive decisions, measure product success and identify opportunities for growth.

• Experienced and technically proficient: deep expertise in Java backend or React
  
  JS frontend; a craftsman who sets high standards and leads by example.
• Empathetic and insightful: strong customer empathy and a product‑centric mindset to create intuitive experiences.
• Data‑driven and analytical: use data narratives to inform decisions and improve product performance.
• Collaborative and knowledge‑sharing: mentor peers, promote learning culture and coach teams to success.

Compensation Range: SGD 230 K – SGD 300 K
