• Provide expert technical and business guidance in software solutions, systems analysis, and process improvement.
• Design technical and business solutions; mentor and train client staff; oversee implementation.
• Work with senior client officials to identify enterprise improvement goals and implement change strategies.
• Design and build systems integrated with other client systems; ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
• Oversee or coordinate efforts of direct reporting resources as required for specific projects.

• 10+ years of advanced computer programming skills in Java/JEE; proficiency in Web Services and APIs
• 3+ years of advanced programming skills in Angular/React
• 3+ years of advanced programming skills in Spring/Spring Boot
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud services with understanding of cloud concepts, architectures, and services (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Experience with AWS or Azure middleware services (e.g., AWS SQS, Event Bridge)
• Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
• Experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or Azure Dev Ops for pipeline configuration
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to optimize code performance
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Understanding of RESTful API design using Spring Boot and Spring MVC
• Experience with Angular, Type Script, HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of component-based architecture, RXJS and state-management
• Familiarity with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server)
• Ability to analyze requirements and write detailed technical designs
• Ability to design and build integrated systems with client environments
• Strong work ethic; ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• Experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical projects

A minimum of ten (10) years experience; a degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field is preferred.
