Position: Case Manager with Security Clearance
Case Manager Deployment Status:
On-Demand (Nationwide) Support Americans When They Need It Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking on-demand Case Managers to provide rapid intake and resource coordination for U.S. citizens returning from overseas disasters as part of emergency repatriation operations led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This is not a full-time role. Selected candidates will be placed on a trained, credentialed deployment roster and activated only when an operation is underway.

Deployments typically last 3 to 8 weeks, with 72-hour mobilization required. What You'll Do During Deployments
* Conduct intake assessments for repatriated individuals and families.
* Identify and triage immediate needs, such as shelter, food, transportation, and medical care.
* Refer clients to appropriate federal, state, and community services.
* Document all interactions according to OHSEPR case management protocols. Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship
* Associate's degree in social work, psychology, or human services (Bachelor's preferred)
* Minimum 2 years of direct client service or case management experience
* Completion of required FEMA and HHS training (provided)
