Your position involves daily parent communication and a high level of professionalism that represents the onsite team and the Headfirst brand. Additionally, this role involves going above and beyond in both customer service and operations management, establishing a bridge between the camper experience, families, our aftercare program, and Headquarters. You'll collaborate closely with the aftercare program to facilitate safe and engaging after-camp parent communication and carpool.
