Overview
NRI Staffing Resources is recruiting a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician with electrical experience for a managed property portfolio in Washington, DC
. This role supports the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of exterior and common areas while providing responsive, resident-focused service.
- Support safety, functionality, and overall appearance of exterior and common areas and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.
- 3 years min of maintenance experience within residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties (apartments, offices, condominiums, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience with electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
