Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HVAC career who is eager to learn from experienced technicians, gain hands-on field experience, and grow within a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and organized manner
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adhere to all company, industry, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of HVAC experience or completion of a trade school/technical program (preferred but not required)
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold conditions)
