DETAILS:
Field Service Technician - Coffee Machines

LOCATION:
Washington DC, Maryland, Northern VA (Up to 100% Travel)

(Provided laptop, tools, rental car, credit card for expenses, meals, etc...)

OVERVIEW:
Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join an industry-leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing start-up, installation, warranty service, and general support for the Service Network/customers in your assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Service Technician

  • Provide technical and operational support for customers and partners.
  • Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.
  • Repair and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines.
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
  • Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints when necessary.
  • Willingness to work various shift hours as assigned (including 10-hour shifts).
  • Must be able to travel and work independently.

    • REQUIREMENTS:
    Field Service Technician

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience with related work as a technician for a manufacturer or service provider is preferred but NOT required.
  • Ability to communicate with internal teams and clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
